What we loved:

One word: personality. From delightful navigational footprints (that were, admittedly, a little confusing) to illustrative illustrations that helped with skimmability, this free ebook was a fun time from end to end. And isn’t that what all us many-hat-wearing leaders need? A way to reconnect with why we started all of this in the first place.

What we didn't love:

We know you have a lot of great stuff to say, Mr. Manning Bancroft, but please — get an editor. Or at the very least a designer that can pull out the main points of each micro-lesson so we don’t have to slog through paragraphs of autobiography.
