What we loved:

The way this book is laid out feels extremely intuitive. Who doesn’t love a good pros/cons list? It’s a surprisingly balanced and informative look at the nuances of remote hiring. It can be a little difficult to pull off a “both sides” approach but we think they handle it well and equip you with everything you need to make the right decision for your business.

What we didn't love:

The downsides of a pros/cons list is that it’s useless without the larger context of what’s being evaluated and why and by whom. This remote hiring guide doesn’t fail to include those points, but sometimes it forgets to clearly put them on every page. It makes skimming just a bit harder than it needs to be. We also would have loved to see a few more questions for readers to reflect on, to aid in the decision-making process.
