What we loved:

A great overview of recruitment trends for 2022 and a good guide for hiring managers in particular. While any modern recruiter could pick up some tips here, it feels best suited to someone in charge of an organization’s holistic hiring strategy, or directing a virtual recruitment team. We especially appreciate the focus on DE&I concerns, which apply equally to either remote or traditional recruiting solutions.

What we didn't love:

This book on modern recruitment methods could definitely use a pass from an editor. There are some wonky sentences that aren’t the easiest to understand. And the whole thing could be better organized. We’d love to see sections broken up for readability and more emphasis given to the actionable tidbits, so you can tell them apart from the rest.
