What we loved:

You can effectively go from 0 to 100 on talent relationship management with this ebook alone. It’s not that it’s dauntingly thorough and detailed — this is still a relatively quick, easy read. It’s that the 5 pillars addressed here are well thought out and each one lays just enough foundation to propel you to the next. You can’t write up a whole strategy with this, but you will definitely know where to start.

What we didn't love:

On the flip side, the book pushes toward a self-promotional conclusion, and that feeling kind of shines through. We think it’s OK, and pretty standard practice, to end a free ebook on a plug for your own product or company. But when one of your five main points is “things are better when you use a software like ours,” you had better earn it. This book feels like it falls just a bit short.
