What we loved:

First of all, we think it’s great this free eBook for has been released with the intention of being re-released after additional feedback and insights have been collected from the community. It really lives up to a spirit of community building and knowledge sharing. As a guide, it’s laid out simply and includes a whole host of other resources you can leverage. By the end, it does feel as though you’ve got an excellent place to start from if you’re new to online community management.

What we didn't love:

We’d love to see a more instructional angle included. The chapters on interview prep and salary negotiation have some wonderful actionable content. Putting that in a few other places in the book could work well. Including additional info about some of the community management tools and outside resources would also provide valuable context for newbies.
